tr555 Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tr555 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet. By using tr555, you agree to these terms in full.
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tr555 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tr555 website and all services made available through it. These Terms apply to all activities on the tr555 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, and the use of bonuses and promotions.
By accessing or using any part of the tr555 platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the tr555 platform.
tr555 is an entertainment platform intended for adults aged 21 and above only. Gambling involves financial risk. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tr555 does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction — it is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether participation is lawful in their location.
Eligibility
Access to and use of the tr555 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. tr555 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not meet these requirements.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. tr555 operates a strict 21+ policy and will request identity verification documents to confirm the age of any player where there is reasonable doubt.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other party. Corporate, institutional, and bot-operated accounts are not permitted on the tr555 platform.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to verify your local laws before registering.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other voluntary or mandatory exclusion from gambling services. Players who have self-excluded from tr555 must not attempt to open a new account.
Account Registration and Verification
Each player may hold only one account on the tr555 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them, subject to tr555's investigation findings.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. tr555 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. tr555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- tr555 may request proof of identity (government-issued photo ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund the account.
- tr555 reserves the right to close any account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, and to return the balance of undisputed funds to the account holder via the same payment method used for deposit.
- Account information must be kept up to date. Players must notify tr555 promptly if any registered information — including mobile number or payment method details — changes after registration.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on the tr555 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. tr555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No international payment cards are required. tr555 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the account used to deposit must belong to the registered account holder.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements being met. tr555 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on payment method and the volume of requests being handled at any given time.
- tr555 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits on individual accounts. These limits may be adjusted at tr555's discretion and may differ between payment methods.
- Deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering are strictly prohibited. tr555 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and may report suspicious transactions where legally required to do so.
- tr555 may reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a transaction is related to fraudulent activity, a chargeback dispute, or a breach of these Terms.
- Bonus funds, free spin winnings, and any funds accrued from promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Full wagering requirement details are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
Bonuses and Promotions
tr555 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail for matters directly governed by those terms.
- Bonuses are credited to the account's bonus balance, not the real-money balance. Bonus funds become available for withdrawal only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
- tr555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account and subject to an active wagering requirement.
- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, the use of bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit offers without genuine play intent, or systematic wagering that does not reflect genuine betting activity, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as an individual who has not previously held a tr555 account. Attempts to claim new-player bonuses using a new account while having held a previous account constitute fraud.
The standard wagering requirement for tr555 bonuses is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the combined sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount. Only games designated as eligible in the specific promotion terms contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games and betting markets on tr555 are operated in accordance with the rules of the respective game provider or sports data feed. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game round or sporting event, tr555 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account.
- All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed by the tr555 system cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation, except where tr555 expressly permits cancellation within a specified window.
- tr555 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error, a data feed error, or manifest error by a member of the tr555 team. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's available balance without interest.
- Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. tr555 uses recognised sports data providers to determine outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, tr555's decision — made in good faith based on available data — shall be final.
- Maximum winnings per bet, per event, or per day may be subject to caps as specified in tr555's current betting limits schedule. tr555 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players are advised to check current limits before placing high-value bets.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tr555 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds, subject to investigation. tr555 actively monitors activity on the platform and uses automated and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct.
- Collusion with other players or with any third party to exploit game mechanics, artificially influence outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. This includes chip-dumping in poker and coordinated in-play betting schemes.
- The use of automated software, scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human play. All gameplay on tr555 must be initiated and executed by a human player in real time.
- Any attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems. Players who identify such issues are required to report them to tr555 support immediately rather than exploit them. Exploitation of known or unknown bugs is a material breach of these Terms.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or the use of funds derived from criminal activity to fund a tr555 account. tr555 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspected financial crimes to the relevant authorities as required by law.
Responsible Gaming
tr555 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in the account settings dashboard and can be activated at any time. tr555 encourages all players to use these tools proactively to manage their gaming activity within their personal financial means.
tr555 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds — including deposited funds — may be withheld pending investigation. tr555 encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tr555 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, and the selection and arrangement of all content — is the property of tr555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the tr555 platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior written permission of tr555.
The tr555 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of tr555. Unauthorised use of tr555's trademarks in any context — including in advertising, social media, or any commercial communication — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tr555 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including losses arising from gambling outcomes, system downtime, payment processing delays, or any interruption of service. tr555's total aggregate liability to any single player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tr555 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or bugs, or that any specific game or market will remain available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform.
Amendments to These Terms
tr555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it meaningfully alters a player's rights or obligations — tr555 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a revised effective date. The continued use of the tr555 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the player's acceptance of those changes.
Players who do not agree with any amendment to these Terms must cease using the tr555 platform before the amendment's effective date and may contact tr555 support to close their account and withdraw any available balance. Continued use after an amendment becomes effective constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
